Dr. Antoinette Smith, PhD, CPA, CAIC
I help organizations understand what is really happening in their operations, develop the capability to act on it, and build governed systems that keep working as they grow.
Why Dr. Smith and Her Team
Every organization should have clear, reliable visibility into what matters most. That visibility should be accessible, timely, and grounded in systems leaders can trust. Transparency is not optional. It is the foundation of control, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Dr. Antoinette Smith’s work sits at the intersection of trust, technology, and measurable performance. Her career has been shaped in environments where accuracy, governance, and results are non negotiable.
Her professional journey began at NASA Langley Research Center, where she worked with early digital systems and helped teams adapt technology to real operational demands. That experience established a long standing focus on using intelligent systems not simply to increase speed, but to improve judgment, reliability, and responsible execution.
In 2009, Dr. Smith secured her first major consulting engagement with AAJ Technologies, a government contracting firm operating in highly regulated, high stakes environments. She prepared the firm’s enterprise consulting framework and led a comprehensive reorganization of core operational systems, aligning strategy, controls, and execution. That work contributed to AAJ Technologies receiving the Supplier of the Year Class II Award at the 34th Annual Awards Gala hosted by the Florida Business Council.
This engagement marked an early validation of an approach that has continued throughout her career: designing systems that strengthen credibility, reinforce operational discipline, and support long term growth.
Dr. Smith later made history as the first Black full professor in the College of Business at Florida International University while simultaneously serving as a strategic partner to physician led medical practices across the state of Florida. In these settings, precision matters. Compliance matters. Systems must function with integrity financially, operationally, and ethically.
Across government, academia, healthcare, and enterprise consulting, one principle has remained constant. Growth without visibility introduces risk, and technology without governance creates exposure.
Through Next Level Achieved, Dr. Smith and her team apply this philosophy by building AI enabled automation, revenue visibility, and asset protection systems that help organizations protect income, scale responsibly, and operate with confidence as complexity increases.
Engagements are intentionally selective. Dr. Smith works with a limited number of organizations at a time to ensure each receives focused attention, discretion, and strategic depth. This approach supports leaders who value clarity, accountability, and intelligent growth over speed or convenience.
Dr. Smith does not offer template driven solutions or short term fixes. Each engagement is designed from first principles and aligned with the organization’s risk profile, regulatory environment, revenue model, and long term objectives.
The result is not simply efficiency. It is defensible, scalable systems that protect value, reinforce trust, and perform under real world conditions.
